Foam rollers are very versatile and useful for exercise and self-help maintenance. They are small, lightweight and easily stored. Rollers are great for stabilty exercise and self-help massage. We use them regularly in maintenance and rehab exercise classes. They are a useful aid for back pain and muscular tightness/stiffness particularly of the back or legs.
