ES Physical Health has three directors
Elizabeth Sharp
is the Clinical Director and Chief Executive
Elizabeth Sharp (Libby Sharp) MSc MCSP started the first of her two physiotherapy clinics in 1979, she started the Harley Street site in 1988. She is the Clinical director and has a Masters degree in manual therapy. Elizabeth oversees the treatment and management of all patients referred to the practice. She has developed a special interest in the treatment of dancers and performers and is currently associated with a research project to evaluate shoulder motion at Kings College, London. Elizabeth is the author of The Healthy Back Book (Element Books 1993) and is also a fully accredited Pilates practitioner

Max Sharp
is the managing Director
Max Sharp graduated from Glasgow University in 1995 with an MA. Prior to working for esph he helped to set up and run two radio stations in Glasgow. He has been working for es physical health for ten years and for four as the Managing Director. Max is a qualified Teacher of English as a Foreign Language(TEFL) and speaks Spanish, German and fluent French. Max's role in the organisation includes co-ordinating the recruitment and training of staff, managing all personnel and directing the marketing strategy of the organisation.

Alexei Sharp
is the Financial and Information Director
Alexei Sharp has been working for esph since 2001. Alexei attended the University of Southern California, Los Angeles on a Track and Field scholarship between 1991-3, and pursued a career in Track and Field thereafter. Alexei was AAA(British) champion in the decathlon in 1997, and represented internationally from 1991-2000, including the Commonwealth Games in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia in 1998. He retired from Athletics in 2000. Alexei also advises on business audit and statistical analysis. Alexei also advises on exercise training for injury rehabilation and fitness. Alexei graduated from Kings College, London with a BSc in Biological and Medical Science in 1999
