Cardiovascular exercise is widely recognised as an essential form of exercise to maintain general health and fitness. We use cardiovascular exercise for general fitness, muscle strengthening and weight loss. We can offer individual exercise sessions or group classes with a maximum of 4 people per class. We generally use a combination of machine and resistance based circuit training. All exercise classes are conducted by a physiotherapist. The appropriate supervision of all patients is of the utmost importance to us in order to gain the optimum outcome and maximise injury prevention.
